TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “Panoptikum” GIVEAWAY

By participating in the “Panoptikum” giveaway, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
The organizer of the giveaway is MAISTRO Handels GmbH, Ferdinand-Seeland-Straße 14, A-9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria.

PERIOD

The giveaway starts on 31 March 2023 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on 26 March 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

PRIZE

A total of one LEH package will be raffled.
The prize is limited to one package per winner and includes shipment to the address provided by the winner. It does not include any additional components or costs.
MAISTRO Handels GmbH is not liable for any additional costs of any kind incurred by the winner.

DRAWING

The winner will be determined within one week after the end of the giveaway (12 October 2022, 11:59 p.m.) by a random draw conducted in the presence of witnesses from among all participants.
The winner will then be notified of their prize via the email address provided on the giveaway page and will receive further information regarding the process.

If the winner cannot be reached by email or does not respond within 7 days, resulting in their inability to claim the prize, the prize claim will expire. In such a case, MAISTRO Handels GmbH will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible participants in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The same applies if the winner does not accept the prize.

The participant is responsible for providing a correct email address.
Announcement of the winner is made without guarantee.
The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred to third parties, or redeemed for cash.

ELIGIBILITY

All persons resident in Austria who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to enter.

Employees of MAISTRO Handels GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and does not require a purchase.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

Each participant may only enter once and in their own name.
Participation via contest service providers or automated services is not permitted.

The following information must be provided in the entry form:
Complete and truthful contact details of the participant. In addition, each participant must accept the privacy policy, terms of use, cookie policy, and these terms and conditions.
Entries that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered.

DATA PROTECTION

The participant agrees that the data provided (name, title, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and postal address) may be stored and processed to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
sending information and advertising relating to MAISTRO products by email and post, invitations to lectures or customer events, and delivery of an electronic newsletter.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR by email to datenschutz@maistro.at. From the moment the withdrawal is received, no further data processing based on this consent will take place. The lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

The participant agrees that if consent is withdrawn before the prize draw, participation in the giveaway will no longer be possible.

MISCELLANEOUS

Prize claims are not transferable to third parties. Commercial resale of prizes is prohibited.

MAISTRO Handels GmbH assumes no liability for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Legal recourse is excluded; no correspondence regarding the giveaway will be entered into.
We reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if the number of participants is fewer than 10, in which case no winner will be drawn.
