General Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email, postal letter, telephone, or via the withdrawal button provided on our website).

If you use the online withdrawal function via the withdrawal button, we will promptly provide you with confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
For clear identification, we kindly ask you to provide your name and order number.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return of Goods
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged for return shipment so that they arrive undamaged. We strive to avoid returns wherever possible. Every additional transport route we can avoid helps protect our environment.
Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires in particular in the case of:
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Information Regarding Food Products
For sealed food products, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
Unopened and originally sealed food products may be withdrawn from the contract in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Food products that have already been opened or unsealed, as well as goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are excluded from return.
Cancellation Before Shipment
An order may be cancelled as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. Once the goods have been dispatched, the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal shall apply.
